If you are dissatisfied with the Product within 6 months, get in touch with support@joylocks.com, and title your email as "Guarantee Return Request." We will send you return shipping guidelines via email. All returned Products must be in their original packaging. To receive a refund, the order numbers on the packaging and the Product label must match. After receiving the returned Product, we will refund you the price you paid for the Product (excluding any shipping and handling charges as well as other fees that may apply). Please note that the guarantee is only valid for your most recent order, not the entire subscription.
